We are an authentic farmer market.
A farmers' market is a produce market selling
food produce and food products, fresh flowers, plants and compost.
The products are sourced locally and sold by the producer. The aim
is to provide a venue for local food producers to sell their product
directly to the public.

Thank you to our loyal shoppers who we see
every week. Our stallholders love to see you time and again
and we welcome new market shoppers too - someone new to impress! Oratia
was once the fruit bowl of Auckland - we're bringing it back with
more produce stalls now than ever before. Some of the produce
changes from week to week, some come down for a new surprise. Our
stallholders have made or grown the products they sell and welcome
requests for advice on recipies, preparation and storage.
We can see that West Auckland loves its farmers'
market. We are committed to growing and improving your local farmers'
market.

This is the last Market for 2011 and we re-open on the 7 January 2012.
You'll find our farm market at Oratia in
the foothills of the Waitakere Ranges of West Auckland, close to
Henderson and Auckland's North-Western motorway.
The marketplace is set under a huge grape arbour
in the beautiful rural vineyard of Artisan Wines.
Also at 99 Parrs Cross Road is the Artisan
Wines Cellar Door, The Packing Shed Gallery and Cafe, and Just
Plane Interesting, a curio store.
Please leave dogs at home.
